DUI Charge For Boca's Peter Pallotta

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Peter Palotta (the fourth) is out of jail Sunday afternoon following his early morning arrest for DUI and knowingly driving on with a suspended or revoked license.
Palotta was booked into jail around 2:45am by PBSO. He was later released on his own recognizance.
A court date is pending.
