BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Boynton Beach resident Russell Schwab is out of jail on his own recognizance following his arrest by PBSO.
Schwab is charged with “DUI — .15 or higher with a person under 18 in the vehicle.”
The affidavit of probable cause is still being processed, but jail records show that he was booked into jail early Thursday morning and released a little later in the day.
.15 is just shy of two times the legal limit of .08.
