School Food Service Managers across the District will be staffing the open locations. The base site Manager will be in charge of operations at their school. School Police will be on site at each location.
Meals will be prepped and bagged and brought to the parent drop off area to allow for parents to pick up meals for their children. Parents can drive, bike, or walk to these locations with their children and meals will be provided to anyone present who is 18 years of age and younger. School Food Service staff will be handing out the meals and will be recording the number of meals on an accountability form. Please be aware that the breakfasts and lunches provided for families may contain allergens and we ask those adults picking up the food to be diligent to ensure they do not take food if allergies may be a concern.
Additionally, there may be an opportunity to provide boxes of food for parents to take home on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 Friday, March 20, 2020, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your School Food Service Field Specialist or Lori Dornbusch at 561-383-2035 or 561-253-5300.
