BOCA BLACK BOX WAS ISSUED A WRITTEN WARNING FOR ADVERTISING AN IN-PERSON SHOW, FEATURING “SARGE,” SET FOR THURSDAY NIGHT. THE SHOW LATER BECAME “VIRTUAL ONLY.”

As BocaNewsNow.com has been reporting for days, “Boca Black Box” was advertising a live in person as well as “streaming” performance featuring “Sarge,” a comedian and musician. Black Box went so far to advise those buying tickets that the show would be limited to 100 guests. The venue also promoted that masks would only be required while walking to seats — a blatant violation of Palm Beach County executive orders.

Black Box management did not respond to multiple requests from comment from BocaNewsNow.com over several day. Tickets for the “in person” performance were offered at a higher price point than the virtual performance.
