BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — The Palm Beach County School District is in the midst of a robocall at 7:40 a.m., alerting more than 180,000 students, families, staff members and teachers that their school district’s website and employee portal is down.

The outage is being blamed on a vendor that provides services to the Palm Beach County School District and several other school districts nationwide.
While teachers and employees are being told to use alternate means to log into the system, students should NOT be affected by this outage. Google Meet, used as the live video conference link for more than 90,000 remote students, as well as the “district portal” remain operational.
The school district’s website, the school board’s website, the district’s COVID-19 dashboard and other services are down. SIS, the student and parent portal remains operational.
