BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A reminder to parents of students in the Palm Beach County School District. This isn’t the rest of the country.

While friends and family may be enjoying a long weekend for the President’s Day holiday, the school district of Palm Beach County doesn’t celebrate with a day off from school. In fact, there are no days off scheduled for the rest of the month.

The Palm Beach County School District was closed for students last Monday. That’s the only day off on the calendar until Spring Break starts on March 15th.

For those counting down the days until the end of the school year, remember that school this year runs until June 18th. The late end is a result of the late start due to COVID.

Summer break this year is just seven weeks. The 2021-2022 school year starts on August 10th.
