Here is the latest, updated list, starting with major highways. Local roads follow.

Feb 19 – Feb 26, 2021

I-95 from south of SW 10th Street in the City of Deerfield Beach to south of Glades Road in the City of Boca Raton (95 Express Phase 3B-1)

Restrictions: 

I-95 will have three lanes closed in each direction nightly, as needed, Sunday through Thursday nights, with the first lane closing at 9:30 p.m., the second lane closing at 10:30 p.m., and the third lane closing at 11:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m.

I-95 northbound from south of SW 10th Street to south of Glades Road is in final configuration.

I-95 Northbound Full Closure Notice: I-95 northbound lanes at Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed to traffic overnight, Tuesday, Feb. 23 and Wednesday, Feb. 24 for overhead sign structure installation. The first lane will close at 9:30 p.m., the second lane will close at 10:30 p.m., and all lanes will be closed by 11:30 p.m., reopening by 5:30 a.m. each morning. Traffic will be detoured via the northbound exit ramp to Hillsboro Boulevard west, Military Trail and Palmetto Park Road. FHP will be onsite to assist motorists. Thursday, Feb. 25 will be used as a contingency night if needed. Please see detour flyer attached.

I-95 Northbound Full Closure Advanced Notice: I-95 northbound lanes at Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed to traffic overnight, Tuesday, March 2 and Wednesday, March 3 for overhead sign structure installation. The first lane will close at 9:30 p.m., the second lane will close at 10:30 p.m., and all lanes will be closed by 11:30 p.m., reopening by 5:30 a.m. each morning. Traffic will be detoured via the northbound exit ramp to Hillsboro Boulevard west, Military Trail and Palmetto Park Road. FHP will be onsite to assist motorists. Thursday, March 4 will be used as a contingency night if needed. Please see detour flyer attached.

Arterial Road Impact:

Palmetto Park Road at I-95 will have two lanes closed in each direction nightly, as needed, Sunday through Thursday. The first lane will close at 9 p.m., and the second lane will close at 10:30 p.m. All lanes will be opened by 5:30 a.m.

Palmetto Park Road at I-95 will have one lane closed in each direction daily, as needed, 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Camino Real at I-95 will have one lane closed in each direction daily, as needed, 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Ramp Impact:

The I-95 southbound exit ramp to Palmetto Park Road will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via I-95 southbound, Hillsboro Boulevard, Military Trail and Palmetto Park Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists. 

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from westbound Palmetto Park Road will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Military Trail and Hillsboro Boulevard. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from eastbound Palmetto Park Road will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Military Trail and Hillsboro Boulevard. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The northbound entrance ramp from eastbound and westbound Palmetto Park Road will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via I-95 southbound to Hillsboro Boulevard to I-95 northbound.

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to westbound Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Tuesday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via I-95, Palmetto Park Road and Military Trail. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from eastbound Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Military Trail and Palmetto Park Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to eastbound Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Palmetto Park Road and South Dixie Highway. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from westbound Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Hillsboro Blvd, Military Trail and SW 10thStreet. FHP will be on site to assist motorists. 

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from eastbound Hillsboro Boulevard will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Military Trail and SW 10th Street. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 southbound exit ramp to SW 10th Street will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via Hillsboro Blvd and Military Trail. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from eastbound and westbound SW 10th Street will be closed nightly, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Motorists will be detoured via SW 10th Street, Military Trail and Sample Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists. *Please note that ramp closures will be performed as needed per nighttime construction operations; consecutive ramps will not be closed at the same time.

I-95 from south of Glades Road to south of Linton Boulevard and SR 808/Glades Road from Renaissance Way to West University Drive in the Cities of Boca Raton and Delray Beach (95 Express Phase 3B-2)

Restrictions: 

I-95 will have up to four lanes closed in each direction nightly as needed for paving, 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday. The first lane will close at 9 p.m., the second lane will close at 9:30 p.m., and the third and fourth lane will close at 10 p.m.

I-95 northbound from Yamato Road to Linton Boulevard is in a new traffic pattern with traffic shifted to the outside to allow for median construction. This configuration is anticipated to be in place through summer 2021.

I-95 Northbound Full Closure Notice: I-95 northbound at Glades Road will be closed to traffic overnight Thursday, Feb. 25 and Monday, March 1 for overhead sign structure removal. Motorists will be detoured via the I-95 northbound exit ramp to Glades Road, Federal Highway/US-1 and Yamato Road. Thursday, March 4 and Sunday, March 7 will be used as contingency nights if needed. Glades Road Impact: 

Advanced Notice: Westbound Glades Road, between NW 22nd Way and West University Drive, will be shifted inside towards the median to allow for outside widening, beginning Monday, March 1. Please see informational flyer attached.

Advanced Notice: Westbound Glades Road, between NW 22nd Way and West University Drive, will have one lane closed daily, 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, beginning Monday, March 1.

Advanced Notice: Westbound Glades Road, between NW 22nd Way and West University Drive, will have one lane closed nightly at 9 p.m. and two lanes closed at 10 p.m., until 6 a.m., Sunday through Saturday, beginning Monday, March 1.

Clint Moore Road Impact:

Advanced Notice: The Clint Moore Road bridge over I-95 will be closed completely for reconstruction beginning 5 a.m., Monday morning, March 8, 2021. Crews are permitted to work 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday. No work is permitted on Sundays or holidays. Emergency access for first responders will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure. Westbound traffic will be detoured via NW 2nd Avenue, Yamato Road and Congress Avenue. Eastbound traffic will be detoured via Park of Commerce Boulevard, Congress Avenue, Yamato Road and NW 2nd Avenue. Local neighborhood access will be maintained; only the approaches and bridge over I-95 will be closed. The reconstruction of this bridge is anticipated to be completed in spring 2022. Ramp Impact:

The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from westbound Glades Road will be closed nightly as needed for paving, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via Powerline Road and Jog Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to Spanish River Boulevard will be closed nightly as needed for paving, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday and Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via I-95 north, Yamato Road east, US-1 and Spanish River Boulevard. FHP will be onsite to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Congress Avenue and Peninsula Corp. Drive will be closed nightly as needed, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday and Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via I-95 and Yamato Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to Congress Avenue will be closed nightly as needed for paving, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday and Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via I-95 and Linton Boulevard. FHP will be on site to assist motorists. Consecutive ramps will not be closed at the same time.

The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from eastbound Glades Road will be closed nightly as needed,11 p.m. until 5 am., Sunday and Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via Glades Road east, N. Federal Highway and Yamato Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from westbound Glades Road will be closed nightly as needed, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday and Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via Glades Road west, Powerline Road and Palmetto Park Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 southbound entrance ramp from eastbound Yamato Road/Spanish River Boulevard will be closed nightly as needed, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via Yamato Road east, Federal Highway/U.S. 1 south and Glades Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to Yamato Road will be closed nightly as needed, 11 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Traffic will be detoured via Congress Avenue, Peninsula Corp Drive, Congress Avenue and Yamato Road. FHP will be on site to assist motorists.

I-95 Interchange Improvements at Atlantic Avenue in the City of Delray Beach

Restrictions: 

Atlantic Avenue from 13th Avenue to NW 23rd Avenue will have two through lanes closed daily, as needed, 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and nightly, as needed, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Saturday.

Westbound Atlantic Avenue approaching I-95 has a new permanent configuration. The northernmost, or far right lane, of westbound Atlantic Avenue which begins just west of NW 12th Avenue is now designated as I-95 entrance ramp ingress only. Vehicles traveling in this lane will not be able to perform a through movement to continue west on Atlantic Avenue due to the installation of a concrete traffic separator; this lane is exclusively designated for vehicles wishing to access I-95 northbound or southbound. Please note that motorists must decide on their selected movement before they reach NW 12th Avenue.

The Atlantic Avenue north sidewalk from 12th Avenue to NW 23 Avenue is closed completely for roadway reconstruction. Pedestrians will be detoured to the south sidewalk via existing crosswalks.

Congress Avenue from NW 1st Street to Lowson Boulevard may have one lane closed daily in each direction, as needed, daily, 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and nightly, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Saturday.

NW 12th Avenue will have the westbound turn lane closed, nightly as needed, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Saturday.

The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Atlantic Avenue will have one lane closed nightly, as needed, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Saturday.

I-95 Milling and Resurfacing from North of Gateway Boulevard to Lantana Road in the City of Boynton Beach and Town of Lantana

Ramp Impact:

I-95 in each direction will have intermittent shoulder closures, daily and nightly, as needed, Sunday through Thursday.

I-95 in each direction will have up to four lanes closed nightly, 8:30 p.m. until 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday. One lane of I-95 may close at 8:30 p.m., two lanes may close at 10 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. and three lanes may close 12 a.m. until 5 a.m. All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m.

Advanced Notice: I-95 in each direction will have up to four lanes closed nightly, 8:30 p.m. until 6 a.m. beginning Sunday night, Feb. 28. One lane may close at 8:30 p.m., two lanes may close at 10 p.m. until 5:30 a.m., three or more lanes may close at 12 a.m. until 5a .m. all lanes will re-open by 6 a.m.

Ramp Impact:

The I-95 southbound exit ramp to Gateway Boulevard will be closed to traffic nightly as needed, Sunday through Thursday for survey and paving activities. Traffic will be detoured via the I-95 southbound exit ramp to Hypoluxo Road. Motorists can access Gateway Boulevard by traveling eastbound to US-1/Federal Highway or westbound via Congress Avenue then south to Gateway Boulevard. FHP will be onsite to assist motorists.

The I-95 southbound exit ramp to Hypoluxo Road will be closed nightly, as needed, 9:30 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday for survey and paving activities. Traffic will be detoured via the I-95 southbound exit ramp to Gateway Boulevard. Motorists can then access Hypoluxo Road by traveling eastbound to US-1/Federal Highway or westbound to Congress Avenue and north to Hypoluxo Road. FHP will be onsite to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Gateway Boulevard will be closed to traffic nightly, as needed, 9:30 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday for survey and paving activities. Motorists traveling westbound on Gateway Boulevard will be detoured via Congress Avenue and the I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Hypoluxo Road. Eastbound Gateway Boulevard traffic will be detoured via US-1/Federal Highway and the I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Hypoluxo Road. FHP will be onsite to assist motorists. 

I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Hypoluxo Road will be closed to traffic nightly, as needed, 9:30 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday for survey and paving activities. Westbound Hypoluxo Road traffic will be detoured via Congress Avenue and the I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Lantana Road. Eastbound Hypoluxo Road traffic will be detoured via Federal Highway/US-1 and the I-95 northbound entrance ramp from Lantana Road. FHP will be onsite to assist motorists.

The I-95 northbound exit ramp to Lantana Road will be closed nightly, as needed, 9:30 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday for survey and paving activities. Traffic will be detoured via the I-95 northbound exit ramp to Hypoluxo Road. Motorists can then access Lantana Road by traveling eastbound to US-1/Federal Highway or westbound to Congress Avenue and north to Lantana Road. FHP will be onsite to assist motorists.

Please note that ramp closures will be closed as needed per paving production; consecutive ramps will not be closed at the same time.

I-95 Bridge Beam Replacement at 10th Avenue North in the City of Lake Worth Beach 

Traffic Impact: 

10th Avenue North at I-95 will have one eastbound lane closed nightly, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.

To ensure pedestrian and cyclist safety, 10th Avenue North at I-95 will have the eastbound bicycle lane and south sidewalk closed for the duration of the project. Pedestrians will be detoured to the north sidewalk and bicyclists will temporarily share the eastbound general traffic lane for a 150-foot section.

SR 9/I-95 over Donald Ross Road Bridge Painting Project

Restrictions: 

Two eastbound lanes will be closed on Donald Road at the I-95 overpass 8 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Sunday through Thursday for painting activities.

Two westbound lanes will be closed on Donald Road at the I-95 overpass 8 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Sunday through Thursday for painting activities.

Two lanes of the southbound I-95 exit ramp to eastbound Donald Ross Road will be closed 8 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Sunday through Thursday for painting activities.

I-95 Lighting and Roadway Improvements Project from south of State Road 706/Indiantown Road to County Road 708/SE Bridge Road

Restrictions: 

The shoulder in both directions of I-95 will be intermittently closed Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Aug. 2021 for temporary asphalt placement, landscaping relocation efforts, and conduit and light pole foundation installations.

One lane in either direction of I-95 at the Indiantown Road interchange may be closed Sunday through Thursday night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. to facilitate the construction of a minor traffic diversion. NE 5th Avenue Sidewalk Improvements on behalf of the City of Boca Raton

Traffic Impact:

The southbound lane may be closed, intermittently, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, for construction activities such as concrete pouring for new sidewalk. During this time, a flagging operation will be used to direct traffic northbound and southbound.

The contractor is expected to work within one block at a time. Currently, the contractor plans to work between the blocks of NE 6th Street and NE 3rd Street on the south end of the project limits through early March. Please note the contractor may move between these blocks as needed. If the sidewalk needs to be closed within one block, a pedestrian detour will be in place with signage. US 1 Resurfacing Project from south of Eve Street to south of Harbourside Drive

Traffic Impact:

Traffic Impact:

Traffic Impact:

One lane of Boynton Beach Boulevard may be closed in each direction, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

One lane of Acme Dairy Road at the Boynton Beach Boulevard intersection may be closed in each direction, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

One lane of Lyons Road at the Boynton Beach Boulevard intersection may be closed in each direction, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Ramp closures at Florida’s Turnpike: The southbound exit ramp and the northbound entrance and exit ramp at Florida’s Turnpike and Boynton Beach Boulevard, may undergo consecutive full closures, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Wednesday night, Feb. 24. The southbound entrance ramp from Boynton Beach Boulevard to Florida’s Turnpike, and outside lane of Boynton Beach Boulevard at Florida’s Turnpike, may be then be closed 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., Thursday night, Feb. 25. Detour Routes: Motorists traveling southbound on Florida’s Turnpike may exit at Lake Worth Road, head west to State Road 7/US 441, and south to Boynton Beach Boulevard. Motorists traveling northbound on Florida’s Turnpike may exit at Atlantic Avenue, west to State Road 7/US 441 and north to Boynton Beach Boulevard and motorists traveling on Boynton Beach Boulevard may detour west to State Road 7/US 441, north to Lake Worth Road, and east to Florida’s Turnpike or south to Atlantic Avenue, and east to Florida’s Turnpike. FHP Troopers will be onsite to monitor traffic during this time. Please note, if there are delays due to weather or other unforeseen impacts, the closures may need to continue the following week, Monday night, Mar. 1, through Thursday night, Mar. 4.
