Intelligence seems to be lacking as boaters pack Lake Boca for Boca Bash 2021. Area residents are complaining of noise, drunken activity and a complete disregard for CDC COVID-19 guidelines.

Lake Boca appeared packed mid-day Sunday as residents in the area reported hoards of unmasked partiers, paying no attention to CDC guidelines.
