BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Boca Raton Police are currently investigating a body found in a vehicle at the Fifth Avenue Shops in the city of Boca Raton.

Police tell BocaNewsNow.com that foul play is not suspected.

The body, according to witnesses, is in a vehicle in front of — or near — the Publix and the Pet Supermarket in the shopping center. There is no information at this point about who found the body, whether it’s a male or female, or the age of the deceased.

The Fifth Avenue Shops complex is located at 2000 North Federal Highway.

One witness said a man in his 70s was quite agitated that he couldn’t access his vehicle — near the police scene — as investigators documented the death.

“It was very Boca,” said the witness. “There’s a body, but an older man is annoyed that he can’t go home.”
