We Will Publish The Names Of Condo Associations, And Board Members, Who Refuse To Release 40 Year Inspection Reports.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — We want them, and we’re not too shy to ask for them. If you live in any of the “towers” listed below, we would like to see inspection reports showing what issues, if any, exist in your building.
BocaNewsNow.com continues to receive what can only be called “hate mail” from residents and realtors who believe listing the age of old Boca beach front condos will decrease property values. Call us crazy, but there is nothing that decreases the value of property more than a building imploding with 160 people inside.
We appreciate that “special assessments” can be costly and frustrating. So can death.
While the City of Boca Raton remains largely silent on an actual action plan to inspect buildings in its jurisdiction, we’d like you — the condo associations and owners — to share with the public just what’s going on in the place you call home.
As always, we don’t need to publish your name, but we ask for contact information for verification purposes. Email news(at)bocanewsnow.com.
Note, we will be reaching out to every area condo association in aging beach front buildings. We will publish the name of the building and the current board members of any association that refuses to release to us its 40 year inspection report.
