Live Roaches were found in the Olive Garden, Boca Raton.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Live roaches were found in the Olive Garden at 22161 Powerline Road in Boca Raton. That led the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to warn the restaurant during an unannounced inspection on July 2nd.

The roach issue — and others — were cleared during a follow-up inspection on July 3rd.

This is the official language from the July 2nd report:

High Priority – Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 3 lives roaches on wall behind fryers, not on any food contact surfaces. Manager removed, cleaned and sanitized area. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**

High Priority – Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Alfredo sauce (86°F – Cooling) at 2:30pm, placed in walk in cooler 12pm, container tightly covered. Manager discarded. **Warning**

Basic – Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer bucket at cook line 0ppm. Replaced and retested 200ppm. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
