”On 07/29/21, at approximately 1808 hours, I was dispatched to Isles Cay Dr, located in unincorporated Delray Beach, FL, in Palm Beach County, in reference to an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (domestic related.) Upon arrival, I met with the victim identified as, [BNN redacted], who stated the following; [Victim] stated on today’s date she and her husband identified as Patrick Conway, got into a verbal dispute. [Victim] stated Patrick was verbally abusing her throughout the entire day. [Victim] reported at approximately 1800 hours, she locked herself in a room to avoid any further conflict. [Victim] stated she waited a few minutes until Patrick seemed to calm down. [Victim] stated she was inside the kitchen area were Patrick was yelling at her, and she asked him to stop or she was going to call the Police. [Victim] stated this aggravated Patrick to the point, that he grabbed a butcher knife and cornered her inside the kitchen. [Victim] stated Patrick held her at knife point for approximately 15 minutes.
[Victim] reported she feared for her life, and was unable to retreat or leave the area, fearing Patrick would cause harm to her. [Victim] stated Patrick was making physical motions with the butcher knife at her person this time.
