BROWARD COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Redcon1 Founder Aaron Singerman, awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to two federal felonies, is now facing serious charges in Broward County.
Singerman was arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts of “Boating Under the Influence and property damage,” one count of ”boating under the influence,” and “DUI .15 or accompanied by minors.” We note that Florida uses one charge for a blood alcohol of .15 AND children on board a vessel (or in a vehicle). It was not immediately clear which was being alleged.
The arrest may decimate his federal plea agreement, reached days ago on the eve of trial for mislabeling nutritional supplements. The guilty pleas were in exchange for a prison sentence that may still run a decade.
Singerman owns nearly $10M in homes in Seven Bridges and The Sanctuary.
