Police Withholding Name Of Dead Motorcyclist, Driver Of Colliding Car…

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2021 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A motorcyclist is dead following a Yamato Road crash Saturday night.
The Boca Raton Police Department just released information about the crash Monday afternoon. From Boca PD:
“The Boca Raton Police Department’s Traffic Homicide Investigation Unit (THI) is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Saturday, November 27, 2021. At approximately 8:00 pm, a black motorcycle and white Toyota Camry were traveling west on W. Yamato Road approaching the intersection of NW 5th Avenue. At the same time, a white Toyota Tundra pick-up travelling east on W. Yamato Road attempted to make a left turn to head north on NW 5th Avenue.
The front of the motorcycle collided with the passenger side of the white Toyota Tundra pick-up truck. The motorcycle driver was ejected into the westbound outside lane of W. Yamato Road. After the initial crash, the white Toyota Camry collided with the pick-up truck. The driver of the motorcycle was transported to Delray Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
The drivers of the Toyota Tundra and Toyota Camry were not injured. No names are being released at this time due to an active criminal investigation. If there are any witnesses to this crash, please contact Officer Rafalko at 561-620-6101.”
