Massive Delays As Spring Break Starts…

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Freak winter weather across parts of the United States is leading to massive delays and several cancelations for flights in and out of South Florida.
Palm Beach International, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International, and Miami International Airports are all reporting delays and cancelations for inbound and outbound flights. Among the airlines experiencing delays: Jetblue, Spirit, Delta, United, and American.
Travel has been exceptionally challenging at Fort Lauderdale Airport, where air conditioning stopped working in terminal 2 and terminal 3 overnight. The airport announced the issues in a late-night “Tweet,” then announced the problem was solved Sunday morning.
While travel levels are heavy as Spring Break starts for many families, parking levels seem to be manageable at all South Florida airports.
