BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Kristina Bradshaw is the latest holder of a real estate license to be charged with DUI in Boca Raton this week.
Bradshaw, whose real estate license is actually listed as “involuntary inactive” by the State of Florida, was arrested early Monday morning and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 8:15 a.m. She spent the day in jail and was ultimately released on her own recognizance at 3:27 this afternoon.
Boca Raton Police charged her with “DUI — driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.” It was not immediately clear where she was stopped or for what. The arrest report continues to be processed Monday evening.
Bradshaw, 46, was previously charged with “neglect of a child” in 2018, and ultimately entered into a deferred prosecution agreement where she admitted guilt. Bradshaw avoided jail by agreeing to a DCF parenting class and a substance abuse program — it appears she successfully completed both. It is unclear what, if any, impact the deferred prosecution agreement could have on the new DUI charge.
