WITNESSES: BODY SEEN IN FRONT OF “THE OAKS” FOLLOWING MOTORCYCLE CRASH.

UPDATE: 9:00 p.m. — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says Jay Hoffman of the 17500 block of Circle Pond Court (The Oaks) was traveling west bound on Bridgebrook Drive, leaving “The Oaks” when he “violated the motorcyclist’s right of way and entered (US 441) causing the collision. The motorcyclist struck the C pillar on Hoffman’s Audi SUV and was ejected off of his motorcycle.”
The motorcyclist is identified as a 17-year-old male whose name is known to BocaNewsNow.com but is being protected by police under Marsy’s Law.
UPDATE: 7:38 p.m. — Sources tell BocaNewsNow.com that paramedics declared the victim dead moments after arriving on the scene.

UPDATE: 6:35 p.m. — PBSO confirms that a motorcyclist was killed near “The Oaks” on 441 just north of Clint Moore Road.
UPDATE: 6:15 p.m. — We have learned that the crash involved a motorcycle in front of “The Oaks.” Multiple witnesses report seeing a body in the street. We are awaiting official information from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Traffic on Clint Moore Road, Yamato Road, Lyons Road, and other nearby arteries are at a virtual standstill just before 5 p.m. The crash happened around 3:06 p.m.
