School Board To Vote Wednesday. Seven Students To Be Banned From School.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Palm Beach County School Board during its Wednesday meeting is set to expel seven students — one of the largest number of students expelled during one school board meeting.
According to documents reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, the students are accused of the following Palm Beach County School District violations. We are not publishing names.
STUDENT 1: This student was found to be in possession of a taser on November 12th, 2021. The student will be permitted back in school if the student “successfully completes this school at the Alternative School Placement.”
STUDENT 2: This student was found to be in possession of a taser on November 1, 2021. This student will be permitted to return to traditional school after a one-year removal.
STUDENT 3: This student was also found to be in possession of a taser on November 1, 2021. This student will be permitted to return to traditional school after a one-year removal.
STUDENT 4: This student, like students “2” and “3,” was found to be in possession of a taser on November 1, 2021. This student will be permitted to return to traditional school after a one-year removal.
STUDENT 5: This student was charged with posting or transmitting a threat of a mass shooting or terrorism event on December 3rd, 2021. The student will be permitted back after one year in an alternative program.
STUDENT 6: This student was charged with posting or transmitting a threat of a mass shooting or terrorism event on December 16th, 2021. This student will be permitted back after one year in an alternative program.
STUDENT 7: This student was found to be in possession of a knife on January 10th, 2022. This student will be permitted back into the traditional school system after a one-year explusion.
The schools involved were not named. The vote will be taken during a closed “special” meeting of the Palm Beach County School Board.
