Boynton Police Nab Juvenile Attacker, Ask For Other Victims To Come Forward

BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Boynton Beach Police Department is asking alleged victims of Francois Nacisse to come forward, following his arrest earlier today.

Detectives issued this advisory: ”This morning Detectives from Boynton Beach Police Department’s Special Victim’s Unit (SVU) arrested and charged Francois Pradere Nacisse B/M date of birth 07/18/1943 for victimizing two juveniles.  Specifically, Nacisse was charged with Sexual Battery of a person less than 12 years of Age, Lewd or Lascivious Molestation of a person less than 12 and Lewd or Lascivious Molestation of a person 12 or older but less than 16 years of age.  These charges resulted from a victim reporting they were sexually assaulted by Nacisse on two separate occasions.  The victim was first victimized when they were in 4th or 5th grade and a second time on April 27, 2022 in the 100 block of SW 3rd Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida.  The incident on April 27th, 2022 involved Nacisse touching the victim’s breast while she was standing in the doorway of a residence. 

The second victim of Nacisse, reported that sometime between April 11 and April 15th of 2022, Narcisse touched the victim’s breast while walking through the staircase of a residential two story complex in Boynton Beach.  For this incident, Nacisse was charged with Lewd or Lascivious Molestation of a person 12 or older but less than 16. 

The Boynton Beach Police are asking anyone else who may have been inappropriately touched by Nacisse or who may have information regarding other victims to call the Boynton Beach Police Department and ask to speak with a member of the Special Victim’s Unit.”
