DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Delray Beach resident Scott Fisher is starting Friday morning in the Palm Beach County Jail. It’s the second time in just a few weeks that’s he spent time in lockup.

Fisher was arrested overnight by Delray Beach Police on charges of DUI, causing property damage, and driving while his license is suspended. It is not immediately clear where the arrest took place or what police allege his blood alcohol content was in the minutes after his arrest.

On April 22nd, Fisher was arrested by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office after he allegedly crashed into a patrol car. A police report states that his blood alcohol content at that time was .182 and .183. The legal limit in Florida is .08. He allegedly told police he had one ”Patron” prior to the crash at Jog Road and Oriole.

Fisher lists his home address as the 7200 block of Huntington Drive in Delray Beach.
