BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — If her social media profile is accurate, Boca Raton’s Jacqueline Fumero is seemingly employed by people who could help her once she is released — again — from the Palm Beach County Jail.

The 58-year-old employee of an area addiction treatment center was arrested Friday evening for DUI and driving on a suspended license. She’s not a stranger to either charge. Note the specific charges filed by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

For DUI, it’s ”DUI — Unlawful Blood Alcohol — DUI Alcohol or Drugs Fourth or Subsequent Offense.” And for the moving violation, it’s ”Driving While License Is Suspended Or Revoked, Third or Subsequent Violation.”

Tickets reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com state the arrest took place in the area of Powerline Road and Palmetto Circle in Boca Raton. The arrest report continues to be processed.

It is not immediately clear if the latest DUI arrest is for an infraction that ocurred on Friday, or the conclusion of 2021 case where Fumero was allegedly involved in a crash on Lyons Road which left her hospitalized. Police say her blood alcohol content at the time was .36 which is more than four times the legal limit in Florida. Court records suggest a warrant may have just been issued for her in that case.

We will update once the arrest report for Fumero’s Friday arrest is completed. For now, if you’re looking for Jacqueline Fumero, she is in jail.
