BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Public school students in Palm Beach County are in the final few hours of school. The school year officially ends on Thursday, but it is possible that some students are already done. You may start seeing increased levels of kids on streets and in and around your community starting now.

Local law enforcement agencies are reminding motorists to take extra caution in places that may have been largely kid-free during the day. Beware of children riding motorized scooters near your home in the middle of the day.

The area’s private schools, including American Heritage, Pine Crest, and St. Andrews continue classes into June.

School resumes for Palm Beach County public school students on August 10th.
