UPDATE: 12:30 p.m. — Traffic is returning to normal in the area. Despite the worst fears from first responders preparing to render trauma care, no one ended up needing hospitalization.
UPDATE: 10:50 a.m. — BocaNewsNow.com has learned there were no serious injuries. While rescue workers were prepared for the worst, the need for a helicopter was cancelled shortly after paramedics arrived on the scene.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is now investigating the cause of the crash. Lyons Road is under heavy construction in the area of the incident. It is unclear when the road will be reopened. Expect heavy traffic on Lyons for at least the next hour.

Expect Lyons Road to be closed for quite some time. The specific stretch is between Atlantic and Clint Moore, with the actual crash north of the Oaks and south of The Bridges.
