WELLINGTON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Popular trampoline center ”Urban Air” at 10560 Forest Hill Blvd. is facing a lawsuit after two guardians claim their child was critically injured in the “trampoline dodge ball” area.

In the suit, which is published below, Cristina and Cassidy Hojara claim that employees didn’t follow Urban Air’s own policies when they refused to discipline or remove other kids who were allegedly misbehaving. The alleged rough-housing led to the victim’s injuries. The suit accuses Urban Air of not training its employees, or not ensuring their compliance with Urban Air’s rules and regulations which include ejecting poorly behaved customers from the facility.

The suit states that Urban Air’s negligence led to significant medical expenses for the unnamed minor. It seeks in excess of $30,000 which is the statutory minimum for filing in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. Urban Air had not filed a response to the suit as of 6:30 a.m. Thursday.

The plaintiffs are represented by Nelson Baez, Esq., of Smith, Ball, and Baez.
