Man Shot, Killed In Boynton Beach Hotel, Three Men Arrested

BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Three men were arrested by Boynton Beach Police on Friday after a 66-year-old man was allegedly shot and killed by the men in a hotel. The Boynton Beach Police Department issued the following advisory:

BOYNTON BEACH POLICE STATEMENT

Three men have been arrested for the fatal shooting of a 66-year-old man early this morning. Boynton Beach Police were called to the Homing Inn (2821 S. Federal Hwy.) just before 1 a.m. this morning, where they found the 66-year-old victim with an apparent gunshot wound. After thorough investigation, three suspects were identified and taken into custody. Detectives said it appears the motive was drug-related.

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Officers and Detectives of the Boynton Beach Police Department; three violent criminals, W/M Shawn Crosby (DOB 09/29/1993), B/M Erickson Durandisse (DOB 12/21/1987) and H/M Eduard Duarte Carmona (DOB 11/08/1997) have been successfully apprehended and charged with Premeditated First-Degree Murder with a firearm and Robbery with a firearm. All three suspects will be booked in the Palm Beach County Jail.
