BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — There was no motorcycle involved, but a man named Harley Davidson Reno was arrested by the Boca Raton Police Department while driving a truck on Thursday.

While the affidavit of probable cause continues to be processed Sunday morning, tickets reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com indicate that Harley Davidson Reno was stopped by police in the area of SW 2nd Avenue and NW 11th Street just before 2 p.m. Thursday. The tickets indicate that Harley Davidson Reno was dormant in his vehicle — it was not moving in a place where it needed to be moving.

Harley Davidson Reno was later instructed to provide a breath or blood alcohol sample for analysis, but he apparently refused. That resulted in his arrest for DUI. He is officially charged with ”DUI — Unlawful Blood Alcohol — DUI Influence or Drugs.” He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 7 p.m. Thursday and released later that night on his own recognizance. A court date is pending.

Harley Davidson Reno was driving a 2002 white GMC truck at the time of his arrest. He was not involved in a crash.
