BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Palm Beach County School Board is preparing to expel three students during its meeting on Wednesday. BocaNewsNow.com has reviewed documents revealing why the students may be expelled. The following is listed on the document written by Keith Oswald, “Chief of Equity and Wellness” for the Palm Beach County School District.

STUDENT #1: Recommendation for Expulsion of student 21/22-X-036.  On March 4, 2022, Respondent was in possession of a firearm while on the campus of Slam Academy. 

STUDENT #2: On April 22, 2022, Respondent was in possession of a firearm and possession/use of drugs on the campus of Royal Palm Beach High School.  I further recommend the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.

STUDENT #3: Recommendation for Expulsion of student 21/22-X-040.  On May 11, 2022, Respondent was in possession of a weapon (knife) while on the campus of Osceola Creek Middle School.  I further recommend the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
