Official Boynton Beach Police Arrest Announcement:

Boynton Beach Police have arrested 55-year-old, Bradley Sosnowsky for a shooting that has left one man in critical condition. The shooting occurred just before 4 P.M. Monday, at the intersection of Boynton Beach Boulevard and North Congress Avenue following an altercation stemming from a road rage incident between Sosnowsky and the victim.

During the investigation Sosnowsky claimed he was acting in self-defense, however, video evidence reviewed by investigating Detectives, contradicted this claim. Sosnowsky has been charged with Aggravated Battery with a Firearm and Discharging a Firearm from a vehicle. Sosnowsky is being housed at the Palm Beach County Jail.
