BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — If you use I-95 during the late night or early morning hours, expect a week full of problems in and around Boca Raton. Construction continues on express lanes, which means the Interstate will be closed between Glades and Linton Blvd. while workers do what they do.

The I-95 closure is just one of several traffic headaches that may force Palm Beach County motorists to reach for Tylenol or Advil while trying to get to work, get to school, or simply run errands. This week’s look ahead includes issues for Yamato Road, Glades Road, the Florida Turnpike, Federal Highway, Atlantic Avenue, and more.

The list, provided to us in advance by the Florida Department of Transportation, lists 22 pages of projects, updates, closures, and expected delays planned for Palm Beach County over the next week. We note that bad weather can delay expected construction.

Florida511.com is always a great way to find real-time traffic information as well as unexpected closures. We wish you well as you navigate Palm Beach County in the week ahead.
