DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — We don’t know if Kelsey Slager of Woodbine, Maryland, was a resident of the Tuscan Gardens Assisted Living center, but we do know that she basically died there when she crashed her scooter into a concrete curb in front of the facility. The crash was in the area of 14300 Sims Road in Delray Beach.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office tells BocaNewsNow.com that, “for undetermined reasons, Slager veered off the eastern side of the roadway and collided with the concrete curb of the entrance to the Tuscan Gardens Assisted Living Development. During the collision, Slager vaulted up and onto the grass and dirt on the eastern shoulder of the roadway.”

Slager was rushed to Delray Medical Center following the August 25th crash. She died Tuesday, according to PBSO.

Officials tell us that Slager lived in the 17700 block fo Annapolis Rock Road in Woodbine. She was riding a 2022 Yongfu Scooter at the time of her now fatal crash.
