DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Popular Mexican eatery La Bamba at 4825 West Atlantic Avenue received five “high priority” violations during an inspection from Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The violations were recorded on August 30th. The restaurant was not ordered to close.

High Priority – Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At Triple sink walk-in; cooked beef (46°F – Cold Holding); refried beans (46°F – Cold Holding). Operator stated being held overnight. **Warning**

The restaurant was reinspected on August 31st. No violations were found.
