BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Florida Department of Transporation Wednesday morning announced that the long-closed Clint Moore Road Bridge has reopened. The bridge spans I-95.
The bridge remains closed to pedestrians and bicyclists for now as final work is completed, but it’s a major step forward for motorists frustrated for months with the detours that have been in effect.
From FDOT: “The Clint Moore Road bridge over I-95 in Boca Raton is partially open to vehicular traffic only with the inside lane open in both directions as of Wednesday morning, October 12, 2022.”
“The outside lane will remain closed for completion of fence and handrail installation, as well as asphalt paving. No pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be permitted until the remaining work is completed.”
