The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office told BocaNewsNow.com that Torres just registered 11823 Watergate Circle as his address. That’s in West Boca Raton.
Torres, 42, was convicted in 2012 of one count of “sexual battery — coerce a child by an adult”; and a separate count of “lewd or lascivious molestation” of a victim 12-15 years of age by an offender older than 18 years of age. Both charges were filed in Broward County.
PBSO says Torres is roughly six feet tall, weighs 150 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes. He does not have a vehicle that has been reported to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office releases sex offender and predator information in compliance with Florida statutes.
