Diverging Diamond Days Away… Additional Work Continues On I-95. Public Meeting Set For Wednesday…

We, however, start with the meeting. FDOT is holding a Diverging Diamond public meeting at the Spanish River Library from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on January 18th. The library is located at 1501 Spanish River Blvd. Anyone who would rather attend a “virtual meeting” can do so on Thursday night between 5:30 and 6:30p. Meantime, All I-95 southbound lanes at Linton Boulevard will be closed to traffic overnight, Tuesday, Jan. 17 for overhead sign structure installation. The first lane will close at 9 p.m., the second lane will close at 10 p.m., and all lanes will be closed by 11 p.m., reopening by 5 a.m. Traffic will be detoured via the I-95 southbound exit ramp to Linton Boulevard, Congress Avenue and Peninsula Corp. Drive to the I-95 southbound entrance ramp. FHP will be onsite to assist motorists. Wednesday, Jan. 18 will be used as a contingency night if needed.
And I-95 northbound lanes at Yamato Road will be closed to traffic overnight, Wednesday, Jan. 18 for overhead sign structure installation. The first lane will close at 9 p.m., the second lane will close at 10 p.m., and all lanes will be closed by 11 p.m., reopening by 5 a.m. each morning. Traffic will be detoured via the northbound exit ramp to Yamato Road, Congress Avenue and Peninsula Corp Drive. FHP will be onsite to assist motorists. Thursday, Jan. 19 will be used as a contingency night if needed.
