Harrison Mazzarella Jailed On Multiple Charges After Alleged Boca Raton Incident.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Boca Raton police held the Mazzarella after an alleged robbery and battery situation in the City of Boca Raton.
According to a police report obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, Harrison Mazzarella illegally entered a woman’s community even though he was neither invited nor authorized to be there. Upon entering the woman’s home, an argument ensued.
From the charging document: “(The victim) told him multiple times to leave her apartment, but he refused to. (The victim) then decided to call 911 and told him that she was calling the police. (The victim) advised that at that point, Mazzarella snatched her Iphone 13 Pro Max valued at $1,000 from her hand and refused to give the phone back to her. (The victim) then tried getting her phone back, at which time Marzarella hugged her and a struggle ensued. (The victim) advised that Mazzarella would not let go of her and she started defending herself by slapping him and biting his hand. (The Victim) advised that at one-point Mazzarella began pulling her arm and not allowing her to leave. (The victim) had a bruise on her loft arm consistent with her story. (The victim) was able to free herself and speak with BRPD dispatch and request for an officer to come to her residence.”
Boca Raton Police arrested Harrison Mazzarella and charged him with battery, robbery by sudden snatching, and tampering with a witness. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail around 3:20 Friday morning and released on $30,000 bond later in the day. Mazzarella, 24, lists an apartment on Federal Highway in Boynton Beach as his home address. A court date is pending.
