BROWARD COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Broward Sheriff’s Office Saturday evening is searching for a suspect in the early morning murder of a man in Pompano Beach.
In a statement to BocaNewsNow.com, BSO said it’s seeking any information that witnesses may have about the multiple shooting:
“Shortly after midnight, on Saturday, Jan. 28, Broward County Regional Communications received a shooting call near the 300 block of Southwest Second Place in Pompano Beach. Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded and located an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds,” said a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office.
“Pompano Beach Fire Rescue also responded, and the victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. He was later pronounced deceased as a result of his injuries. Crime Scene Unit investigators and detectives with BSO’s Criminal Investigation Unit were notified and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting.”
