BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Delray Beach man is facing an indecent exposure charge after he was allegedly seen playing with his — let’s call it a Jalapeño — in the parking lot of Chipotle at 9930 Glades Road.

George Vittini, of Grande Palm Circle in Delray Beach, was jailed following his arrest by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. BocaNewsNow.com obtained the arrest report. The following is the narrative documented by the arresting deputy. We note that we have replaced the body part in question with “Jalapeno.”

“On 1/24/2023 at approximately 2030 hours, I responded to 9930 Glades road, the unincorporated Boca Raton, FL 33498. The complainant told Dispatcher a white male was next to her with his pants unzipped and playing with his jalapeño . I met with the victim who told me she backed into a parking space and to the right of her was a black Cadillac Escalade. She was recording a video on her phone when she noticed the driver’s door of the black Cadilac Escalade was completely open, and the white male was sitting with his left leg popping out of the car. The male navy blue short was unbuttoned and unzipped, fully exposing his jalapeño while stroking his jalapeño in an upward and downward motion while watching patrons walking in Chipolte. The victim said she called 911; at that point, defendant George zipped his pants up and fled the scene traveling Northbound.”

I met with defendant George Edward Vittini who was wearing the same clothing as the victim described and driving the same Cadilac escalade. Defendant Vittini denied being in the parking lot. He lied and said he was at Mcdonald’s across the street. After confronting defendant Vittini, he admitted to me that he was applying medication to his jalapeño. Defendant Vittini couldn’t explain why he lied and said he was never in the parking lot and why he exposed himself in the parking lot. Based on my investigation, it was determined an act EXPOSURE OF SEXUAL ORGANS was committed.”

Vittini was booked into jail on January 24th and released the following day on his own recognizance. A court date is pending.
