UPDATE: October 11, 2024: According to a document filed with the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts, Feinberg entered into a pretrial diversion program. After stating that he “freely and voluntarily” admits that he is guilty of five counts of practicing medicine without a license, prosecutors agreed to “not prosecute.” Feinberg was ordered to complete a year of probation and pay a fine. Probation ends at the end of 2024.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton man is accused of practicing medicine without a license. He was arrested on Wednesday and was released from jail early Thursday morning.

BocaNewsNow.com has learned that Jonathan Feinberg of the 5500 block of North Military Trail in Boca Raton is charged with one count of “practice medicine without an active license.” He was arrested by police in Jupiter Wednesday evening and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday. He posted $3000 bond and was released just before 3 a.m. Thursday.

The arrest report continues to be processed as of 5:45 a.m. We will update this report as soon as the processing is complete and we receive the document.
