DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — An arrest report obtained by BocaNewsNow.com reveals more details about how Delray Beach auto dealer Jason Dennis allegedly engaged in multiple fraudulent transactions as owner of Car City — an automotive dealership in West Palm Beach.

We first reported on Dennis’ arrest earlier this week. The multi-page arrest report, which we are now publishing in its entirety below, outlines allegations of a scam that often left car buyers with multiple loans that they never approved. In at least one case, a trade-in was never paid off. Dennis allegedly told those who claim to be victims that it was a dealership error, a bank error, or some sort of error that led to the letters, calls, and debt collection attempts.

Jason Dennis was jailed on Monday on multiple counts of fraud. He was released on $28,000 bond several hours after he was locked up. A court date is pending.
