BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton woman who ironically lives on Tranquil Lane was arrested for “disturbing the peace” after she accused a man of kidnapping a child. The child was his son. No one had any idea who the woman was.

In a police report reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, the man said that he was with his son in the area of Ocean Drive and Donald Ross Road in Juno Beach when a woman later identified as Boca Raton’s Samantha Neuber approached him and accused him of abducting his own son. The woman the fled to a car parked in a nearby driveway. When Juno Beach police arrived, they spoke with the owner of the house where the car was parked — no one knew who the woman was. But Neuber was there — in her car — with license plate that revealed she was a Boca Raton resident. From the police report:

“Officers observed a red Nissan Versa bearing FL tag# 17AMEM parked in front of the residence running, with loud music emanating from it. A computer check was conducted on the tag via dispatch with the registered owner, Samantha Neuber (W/F DOB 07/291997), out of Boca Raton. Officers observed another female attempting to enter a dark SUV also parked at the residence and approached her. She would be identified as (the legal resident of the home) who stated she resided here and that car was unfamiliar to her. (The resident) further stated she did not want the car or the occupant to remain on her property any longer and would like the occupant to be trespassed indefinitely.”

“Officers approached the driver of the vehicle who based on a driver photo comparison on the department-issued laptop could be identified as Neuber. After multiple attempts to speak with Neuber, she refused all requests from officers even after numerous warnings that her window would be broken. Sgt. Kenny used his department-issued window breaker tool to break the rear passenger side window of the vehicle, and Ofc. Friscia used his department-issued expandable baton to move the remaining glass out of the window.

With the rear window glass removed, officers were still unable to gain entry to the front of the vehicle. Sgt. Kenny subsequently used the same glass break tool to break the front passenger side window and Ofc. Friscia cleared all remaining glass from the same window.”

Samantha Neuber of the 23000 block of Tranquil Lane in Boca Raton was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on charges of trespass, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace. She was later released on her own recognizance. A court date is pending.
