Man Who Cops Say Sells Pot To Boca Raton Kids Arrested On Sex Charge

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A man who police say is known for selling marijuana to high school students in Boca Raton and north Broward County is now facing sex-related charges in Palm Beach County.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office issued this statement about Roger Cooke:

“Detectives are asking the public to take a good look at this suspect, Roger Cooke.  Cooke was arrested for one count of Lewd or Lascivious Battery and one count of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.  The victim found the suspect through friends, as he is known to sell alcohol and marijuana to high school students in the Boca Raton and Broward County area.  During several drug transactions, Cooke, would have the victim perform sexual acts upon him.  

Roger Cooke was arrested in Broward County and extradited to the PBC jail, on March 8, 2023, where he is being held on a $32,000 bond. Detectives believe there may be additional victims.”
