BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Florida Atlantic University continues to get national attention for everything from academics to sports — and now, finance.

Representatives from Florida Atlantic University were among the group that rang the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Wednesday, March 22. Pictured alongside members of the FAU spirit team, and the team’s mascot Owlsley, are FAU president Stacy Volnick (third from left), and vice president and director of athletics Brian White (second from left).

The FAU contingent is in New York City ahead of the FAU men’s basketball team competing in the Sweet 16 round of the NCAA Tournament.

The Owls will face off against Tennessee at 9 p.m. Thursday at Madison Square Garden.
