Seventh Kings Point Arrest In 2023…

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Kings Point shenanigans continue, with what we believe to now be the seventh arrest of a resident in 2023, and 30th arrest since the start of 2022.
The latest arrest: James London. He allegedly entered his neighbor’s home, only to get hit on the head with a baseball bat. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office outlines what happened in its official report which we only edit for grammatical clarity when absolutely necessary.
“On March 24th, 2023 at approximately 1700 hours, I was dispatched to 207 Monaco E located in the Kings Point community in unincorporated Delay Beach in reference to an Occupied Burglary. Upon my arrival I met with the victim who stated while he was in the kitchen of his residence he heard a noise coming from the bedroom of his home. The victim stated when he went to his bedroom he observed an adult white male who he recognized as his neighbor, James Earl London, inside his home looking inside his bedroom dressers.
The victim stated he then confronted James London to which a struggle began. The victim stated he then picked up a small baseball bat and struck James London with it. After speaking with the victim I then spoke with James Earl London who stated post-Miranda he entered the home of his neighbor from the back door to look for a cigarette. James stated he then observed a white adult male who he recognized as (his neighbor) confront him and strike him with a small wooden baseball bat. James stated he knew he entered the home under his free will and the back patio door of the residence was unlocked.

After completing my investigation, I concluded that the crime of Burglary of a Dwelling while occupied was committed by James Earl London who entered and remained in a dwelling, to commit an offense therein.”
James London was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail late Thursday night. He remains held on $3,000 bond Monday evening. Read our other Kings Point coverage here.
