BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — For the second time in just weeks, Boomers Boca Raton is being sued by someone who claims they were injured due to improper management of the Go-Kart attraction.

In the latest filing, Becker Loor claims that he was critically injured when he came to a complete stop — at the appropriate location — but was rear-ended by another guest. Backer’s attorneys claim it wouldn’t have happened if Boomer’s limited the number of Go-Kart riders on the Go-Kart track at the time of the incident, if Boomer’s correctly managed the Go-Kart facility, and if Boomer’s enforced other safety policies and procedures.

The suit is similar to one filed in Palm Beach County earlier in March. BocaNewsNow.com reported on that filing here.

The suit seeks in excess of $30,000, the statutory minimum for filing in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. Neither Boomers, nor its parent company APX Boomers, immediately filed a response to the suit.
