Department Of Justice To Auction Seven Bridges Delray Beach Home Of Tracy and Jeffrey Jedlicki, Two Convicted Felons.

From living large in Delray Beach to living in the Marianna Federal Corrections Institution, Tracy Jedlicki’s home is about to be auctioned by the United States Department of Justice.

The DOJ tells BocaNewsNow.com that it’s set to auction the home once lived in by Tracy and Jeffrey Jedlicki. Both are serving several years in federal prison for wire fraud conspiracy. In an official Department of Justice press release, prosecutors said this about Jeffrey Jedlicki:

“U.S. District Judge Thomas P. Barber sentenced Jeffrey Jedlicki, 51, to eight years in federal prison for wire fraud conspiracy. As part of his sentence, the court also ordered Jedlicki to forfeit $700,000 and a South Florida residence worth in excess of $2 million. The court also ordered Jedlicki to pay $3,244,592.00 in restitution to the victims. Jedlicki had pleaded guilty on September 16, 2021.”

And about Tracy Jedlicki: “U.S. District Judge Kathryn K. Mizelle sentenced Tracy Lee Jedlicki (56, Delray Beach) to 30 months in federal prison for conspiracy to commit wire fraud.  As part of her sentence, the Court also ordered Jedlicki to forfeit $750,000, a 4.01 carat diamond ring, a 11-carat diamond necklace, and a South Florida residence worth more than $2 million.  The Court also ordered Jedlicki to pay $3,244,592 in restitution to the victims.  Jedlicki had pleaded guilty on February 24, 2022.”

Tracy Jedlicki is currently living in the Marianna Federal Corrections institution where she’s eligible for release in October of 2024. Jeffrey Jedlicki is incarcerated in the Coleman Federal Corrections Institution where he’s up for release in 2027.

The home is just shy of 5,000 square feet and was built in 2017. The starting bid is $600,000. Write the Department of Justice’s auction contractor: “5 bedrooms, 6 baths, kitchen with breakfast room, living room, dining room, family room, den, mud room, 2nd floor loft and laundry, and attached 1-car and 2-car garages. The fenced property includes a covered patio and in-ground pool. The home is located in the Seven Bridges planned community. Note: Buyer will need to be approved by the HOA and pay a $5,000 capital contribution fee. Per the stated Terms of Sale, this property is sold AS IS WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS including any building violations for the property as a whole that may apply (including but not limited to fines and penalties)” Read the complete listing here.
