BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton woman found bleeding on a West Boca Raton street is facing a criminal mischief charge following her arrest. Jennifer Miesse is now out of the Palm Beach County Jail following her arrest earlier this week.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Miesse was found on Sandalfoot Blvd. with what appeared to be blood coming from her lip. She, according to a police report reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, told authorities she was just using new lipstick. She mentioned nothing about allegedly vandalizing a nearby home.

This is from the official police report filed by PBSO: “Upon arrival near Sandalfoot Bid and Infet Circle, I met with a white female in the middle of the street who identified herself as Jennifer Miesse. Miesse was wearing a gray onesie, had blood on her chin and lip area, and her lip was swollen. I asked Miesse if she wanted the paramedics but she refused stating “It’s new lipstick” and “I just got liposuction.” Miesse refused to comment on her injuries and when speaking to her I could smell alcohol coming from her breath. Miesse had slurred speech and kept repeating “nothing happened.” Another female was with her who stated the altercation happened at house.”

“I relocated to another location on Sandalfoot Bivd Boca Raton FL, 33428 (known address to me of an alleged victim) where I met with three females. The three females filled out a PBSO Sworn statement advising Jennifer Miesse went to this address and broke 7 windows and 4 screens (approximately $2,400.00 in damages. I spoke with (a victim) who advised she lived at this address and showed me her rent agreement signed on 04/03/2023 and wanted to press charges on Miesse for the property damage. The three females stated they know Miesse as a on again off again friend. I was advised by one of the women that when Miesse was breaking the windows she confronter her which lead to both of them getting into a physical altercation.”

Miesse was booked into jail for “criminal mischief valued at $1000 or more” and later released. A court date is pending.
