BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton man is accused of selling TCH to students at Boca Raton Senior High School. The man, Fady Shihadeh, was nabbed in an undercover operation initiated by the Boca Raton Police Department.

According to an arrest report reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, police received a tip that a man who works at the Q Market/Dunkin Donuts at 1215 West Palmetto Park Road was selling THC vape cartridges to Boca High School students.

On April 17th, an undercover Boca Raton Police Officer “approached the cash register and made contact with a male subject identified as Fady Shihadeh. After a short conversation with Shihadeh, he agreed to sell the Undercover Detective a vape pen containing THC for $49. It should be noted that after Shihadeh rang the vape pen containing THC into the cash register he advised the UC that the total was now $52.43. The UC handed Shihadeh $52.43 and Shihadeh handed the UC the vape pen containing THC, which was in a multicolored box labeled “Cake”. Subsequent to the transaction, the UC told Shihadeh they were also looking to purchase “flower’ marijuana. Shihadeh then provided the UC with his cell phone number and stated that he goes by the name “Danny” and to call him in the future.”

Police say that the vape pen was analyzed by a laboratory and determined to contain 88.53 percent THC and .82 percent CBD. Also wrote investigators: “According to the chemistry report, the Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol was identified above the 1% d9-THC threshold.”

Shihadeh was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Thursday and charged with two counts of selling Marijuana within 1000 feet of a school. He was released on $10,000 bond.
