UPDATE: 6 p.m. — The United States Postal Police is the agency now investigating.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A United States Postal Service worker was robbed at gunpoint mid-day Monday at an office building in Boca Raton.

Boca Raton Police are notably not providing information hours after the apparent attack, but multiple sources confirm to BocaNewsNow.com that the postal worker was delivering mail to a mail center in the One Boca Center building at 2255 Glades Road. That just west of I-95. The were reportedly multiple suspects involved with the attack.

The office building is known to house financial services companies, law firms, virtual offices, and corporate offices. It was unclear if any one specific company or business was targeted.

The postal worker is said to be uninjured. We do not have a description of the perpetrators as police have not yet released information of the gun assault to the public.
