BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The publisher of the Broward County “Home Magazine” was nabbed while he waited for what he thought was a teenaged boy in the parking lot of LA Fitness in Mission Bay on May 25th. Clint Christopher, instead, was met by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office tactical team that arrested him and took him into custody.
“My life is over,” he is later quoted as having said to investigators.
According to documents provided to BocaNewsNow.com, Clint Christopher engaged in multiple texts with the undisclosed victim over several months, and apparently met the teen for sexual acts. At one point, Christopher allegedly sent video of him engaged in physical acts with another boy.
When the teen’s father grew suspicious of his son’s whereabouts earlier this year, he tracked the child to the Target parking lot on U.S. 441 in Boca Raton where he found his son with Christopher. While nothing apparently happened during that meeting, the father notified PBSO which launched an undercover investigation.

PBSO detectives took control of the teen’s phone and engaged in a series of chats with Clint Christopher, who — according to a police report — wrote, explicitly what he wanted to do with the teen in question. He allegedly purchased “bondage” clothing for him that included a leash. Not realizing he was really texting an undercover detective, Christopher told the teen to come to his house, but the undercover detective — acting as the teen — told him he felt safer in another location. Clint Christopher allegedly suggested the LA Fitness parking lot. That’s where the takedown went down on May 25th.
Clint Christopher was held on $150,000 bond and later released to a family member. He is prohibited from using any phone that has any internet access whatsoever. He is also banned from the internet and contact with anyone under the age of 18. He is officially charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior, one count of solicitation of a minor, and one count of traveling to meet a minor to engage in sexual activity. Christopher lives in the 10400 block of Plazo Centro in the Mission Bay section of West Boca Raton.
