Zinger’s Deli Boca Raton is facing another State of Florida inspection issue.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Zinger’s Deli at 7132 Beracasa Way in Boca Raton is facing trouble again with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

If you missed our report back in March, the restaurant was on March 28th for the following violations:

Basic – – From initial inspection : Basic – Insect control device installed over food preparation area. At dry storage area- bug zapper stored over clean large pot. – From follow-up inspection 2023-03-28: **Time Extended**

Basic – – From initial inspection : Basic – Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. – From follow-up inspection 2023-03-28: **Time Extended**Basic – – From initial inspection

Fast forward to May 26th, and it seems Zingers still has a dirt problem. And again, Florida DBPR says the restaurant needs to solve the problem.

Basic – – From initial inspection : Basic – Ceiling vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance- by dry storage area. – From follow-up inspection 2023-03-28: **Time Extended** – From follow-up inspection 2023-05-26: **Time Extended**

Intermediate – – From initial inspection : Intermediate – No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. 

Zinger’s was not required to close for its ongoing violations.
